Did your plans change? That's okay, it happens! Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both pet owners and the sitter, while ensuring reliable service for everyone.

Standard Cancellation Policy

For Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, and Drop-In Visits:

No charge if canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time.
50% charge if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

For Overnight Stays or Extended Bookings (3+ days):

No charge if canceled 5 days or more in advance.
50% charge if canceled 2 to 5 days in advance.
75% charge if canceled less than 48 hours before the start date.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an emergency situation, please reach out to us—we review these on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to accommodate.

How to Cancel

Please reach out to me directly and we will verify your cancellation at which point I will send out an invoice, if applicable. Please note, you must reach out to me to get a cancellation confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
